The contact form opens your own email programme; the data is not stored on the website but sent directly to me by email.

If you register your property via the Club form, I process the data you provide (name, mobile number, email, address and type of property, plus optional details such as language, emergency contact and remarks) in order to keep your property on file and to contact and support you quickly if needed. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future – your data will then be deleted. The data is stored in a database operated by Supabase (Supabase Inc.); the server location is in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Supabase. Registration is voluntary, free of charge and does not create a care contract.
If you engage me to look after your property, I process the data required to perform the contract (contact details, property data, key management, inspection reports, photos of the property, invoicing data). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Photo documentation relates exclusively to your property and is made available only to you. I retain invoicing-related data in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Your data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. engaging a tradesman on your behalf – in which case I only pass on the necessary property and access information), if you have consented, or if there is a legal obligation. Your data is never sold.
I store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular tax and commercial law periods). Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months at the latest.
